Total Columns and Rows Using Keyboard
There are several ways in which you can add up columns or rows of figures in Excel, but as long as there are no spaces in your columns or rows of figures the fastest way to do this is using your keyboard
Put cursor in the space to receive the total and press Alt =
It will highlight the range
If this is correct, Press Enter
You will now see your answer in the cell
