Increase or Decrease Font Size Using Keyboard

This shortcut works in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (if Word is your editor)

Increase Text Size

Highlight the text you want to increase

Press Ctrl and your square brackets ( ] ). This is located to left of the Enter key

Your text will increase by one point size at a time, and you can see this in the font size on your toolbar

DecreaseText Size

Highlight the text you want to decrease

Press Ctrl and your square brackets ( [ ). This is located to right of the P on your keyboard

Your text will decrease by one point size at a time, and you can see this in the font size on your toolbar

Use any Arrow key to take off the highlighting
